I used this location for wash and steam iron second time in 4 weeks. I was disappointed first time when I dropped clothes as walk in but received my clothes after 4 days after many calls.
However on the second time, the service took a 180 degrees turn and got my job done in less than 48 hours. The soft spoken lady owner was apologetic for the previous job delay and promised to maintain the high standards and time discipline.
I must add that both times the wash and steam iron was excellent with reasonable pricing when compared to other vendors who charge higher for steam ironing. We have stopped using our washing machine for regular clothes.
