Very happy with their service. They told me they would be returning the clothes within 3 days, which is 36 hours, nevertheless, I was super surprised because they returned them within 24 hours. I would exactly say that is 23 hours. We gave clothes weighing about 25 kg, including many Shirts, Pants, daily wear, casuals, and a few women's clothes. There were no strains or color fade; all were neatly washed, dried, and folded, and the nicest part was steam ironing. I was absolutely happy, and it was really great service. Keep expanding! Without a doubt, I'll be a regular customer.

I wanted badly a service who can iron my saree in just 2 hrs. They agreed for ug and the rate was so nominal. It was door pickup and delivery too.. I did not know such service exist till date. I’m an NRI who had come for vacation and I was looking for an laundry service and I came across this store while passing by and i was so impressed with the transparency of the store where to my knowledge is the only laundry that I saw in Chennai where they do live laundry and the store manager who i later came to know was also the owner of the store. He was so kind enough to explain all the live process step by step that they go through while doing laundry. I was so impressed with their service where I could see everything in front of my eyes and that I wanted to give my laundry to them. I just gave them my address i got free pick up and to my surprise I got all my laundry was delivered within a day’s time back to my address with such a great packaging that it felt fresh and new and to top it off i even got 20% discount as well. Would definitely recommend this store for their customer service.

Clean and professional approach. We gave them long door curtains which was dry washed and pressed to retain the foldings. Very neat work. Would definitely recommend them.

We have been using their laundry services often. They are good, professional and prompt at delivering. However, I suggest them to consider weighing post-washing and drying of wet clothes( I gave an already heavy quilt recently, which got wet due to some reason which increased the weight further ) for pricing.

Dry cleaning at its best. It was such an ease to place the order, get it picked from home and to get it delivered back at doorstep. Extremely professional. Their service was very satisfactory and would give a 10/10 for the packaging.

Used the laundry and folding service from the Mylapore branch.The service is very good and pickup was swift(on same day of calling). Clothes were returned in 3 days in a good condition in huge bags. Overall good service!

Gave my Blazer for removing the mystery yellow stains. Though it was not fully removed, they did a good job removing most of it. Courteous staff and well informed.
